A thief needs only to follow them to 3 bars, then watch for the drunk tourist to leave their wallet unattended: 2 seconds and the wallet is gone! They spend 20 minutes looking for it, that's 20 minutes for them to be gone... Get smarter, then start traveling the world. Maybe this guy's website will help.
